These terms cover your use of redhatprep.com, which is operated by RedHat 3PL Services Inc. ("RedHat Prep", "we"). By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to:

• copy or scrape the site, or collect information from it by automated means, except search engines and similar tools that follow our robots.txt
• send spam or automated submissions through our forms
• try to gain unauthorized access to the site, our systems or other users' information
• interfere with how the site works, or introduce viruses or harmful code
• use the site for anything unlawful or misleading

Prices and information

Prices, estimates and descriptions on this site are for information only. They are current when published, can change without notice, and are not an offer. Pricing is binding only when set out in a written quote or service agreement. Shipping times and rates depend on carriers and on each order. Amazon, Walmart and carrier rules change, and what we say about them on this site is general, so check the current rules before you rely on it.

Our services

Fulfillment, prep, storage, forwarding and shipping are provided only under a separate written quote or service agreement. Those documents set the terms of any work we do for you, including our responsibilities and liability. If anything on this site or in these terms conflicts with a quote or service agreement, the quote or agreement governs. Use of the client portal is also covered by your service agreement.

Website content

We try to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the site, including its accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. The site may contain errors, and it may be unavailable at times.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, RedHat Prep is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or your reliance on its content. This includes lost profits, lost sales, lost data, and indirect, incidental or consequential damages, even if we were told they were possible.
