Up to 3 labels per ASIN, old-label removal and the FBA box label.
Boxes are packed with dunnage. UPS pickups are included, or we can ship them to a nearby Amazon FC.
WHAT AMAZON EXPECTS
Amazon's rules change, so we work from the current requirements in Seller Central.
Every unit needs the right Amazon label. We apply it, remove old or conflicting barcodes, and include up to 3 labels per ASIN.
Loose or sharp items can need a polybag, and bags with a large opening need a suffocation warning. Polybag add-on: $0.30 per unit.
Fragile units are wrapped. Bubble wrap add-on: $0.40 per unit, 1 ft included.
A bundle has to be sold and labelled as a set. We assemble and label it. Add-on: $0.30 per extra item up to 5 units, $0.10 above.
We flag them on arrival because they are packed and billed differently. Oversize: $0.50 per unit. Extra large: $2.50 per unit.
Boxes get dunnage and the FBA box label, and we create the shipments in Seller Central for you.
PRICING
Prices drop as your volume rises. Add-ons apply only when your product needs them.
Prices are per prep order, not per month: the volume tiers apply to the units in each prep order. Includes receiving, inspection, up to 3 labels per ASIN, old-label removal, the FBA box label, dunnage and UPS pickups.
The $20 minimum applies to each prep order. Send us your product list and we will quote the exact total.

SHIP IT TOO
Prep is half the job. For Amazon FCs near us, we can also ship your boxes and pallets ourselves. On larger shipments we beat Amazon Partnered Carrier rates, and everything leaves from the same warehouse.
HOW IT WORKS
Ship it to our warehouse and put in a prep order in your portal. We create the Amazon shipments in Seller Central for you.
Your inventory is received into your client portal and checked.
Polybag, bubble wrap, bundles and labels are done as needed.
Boxes get the FBA box label. We can ship them to a nearby Amazon FC, or UPS can pick them up.
BEFORE AMAZON SEES IT
Units with no barcode, or with an old one still showing, get the right label and the old one removed.
Items that need a polybag or a suffocation warning get one before they are boxed.
Bundles are assembled and labelled so Amazon treats them as one sellable set.
Cartons are sorted, counted and labelled so Amazon does not have to relabel or reject them.
FAQ
No. We create the shipments in Seller Central for you and take care of the whole process. You send your inventory to us and put in a prep order in your portal.
There is no minimum order size. Each prep order has a $20 minimum charge, so if your prep services come to less than $20, we bill $20.
Yes. OA/RA inventory adds $0.30 per unit.

48 hours, once two things are true: you have submitted the prep order in your portal, and we have received all the items in that prep order.
Tell us what is coming. You do not need to add any labels. Each client has their own ship-to address that includes the account name. Send your shipments under that name and we receive them into your account. We receive and accept drop-offs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
Yes. Your portal shows the counts and a full report on what we received and prepped, including how many units arrived damaged. We take photos of prep only when something is damaged.
Yes. We prep inventory for Amazon US as well.
