Frequently asked questions
Do you have an order minimum?
No. Tell us your volume and we will say whether we are a fit.
Do you handle both DTC and B2B orders?
Yes. DTC (direct to consumer) orders go to your customers, and B2B orders go to retailers, distributors or your own locations as cartons or pallets. Tell us the order profile and we will confirm how it would work.
Which sales channels do you work with?
We have integrations with Shopify, Amazon and Walmart, and we can build custom integrations for other channels. Tell us your setup and we will confirm how your orders reach us.
How is shipping priced?
Shipping is quoted per order and compared across carriers. See shipping.
Can I see my inventory?
Yes. Your client portal shows your inventory and orders.
Can you ship to the US?
Yes. See Canada to the US.
What is your order cut-off time?
Orders in by 11 a.m. Eastern usually ship the same day.
What does the price include for packaging?
The carton is included. Extras such as gift notes, other inserts and branded packaging cost extra.
How do I send you my inventory?
You tell us what is coming. You do not need to add any labels. Each client has their own ship-to address that includes the account name. Send your shipments under that name and we receive them into your account. We receive and accept drop-offs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
What if the count does not match, or units arrive damaged?
Once we have received your shipment, you get a full report in your portal showing exactly what we received and how many units were damaged. You do not need to chase us by email, although email works too.
